LMA (Life More Abundant) - Scriptural Foundations

  • Jeremiah 29:11 – For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not evil, to give you a future and a hope.

  • John 10:10b – I have come that they may have life and that they may have it more abundantly.

  • John 10:10b (Mirror Bible): I have come with the sole purpose for you to have life in its most complete form.

  • Romans 12:1-2: I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service. And be not conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.

  • Romans 12:1-2 (Mirror Bible): Live consistent with who you really are, inspired by the loving-kindness of God. My brothers, the most practical expression of worship is to make your bodies available to Him as a living sacrifice; this pleases Him more than any religious routine. He desires to find visible, individual expression in your person. (2) Do not allow current religious tradition to mold you into its pattern of reasoning. Like an inspired artist, give attention to the detail of God’s desire to find expression in you. Become acquainted with perfection. To accommodate yourself to the delight and good pleasure of Him will transform your thoughts afresh from within.

  • Luke 5:31-32: And Jesus answered and said to them, "Those who are well do not need a physician, but those who are sick. I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners, to repentance."

  • Luke 5:31-32 (Mirror Bible): Jesus answered, “Those who are in good health need no physician; the ailing do. (32) I didn’t come to re-define the self-righteous but those who realize they couldn’t get it right by themselves. I came to awaken ‘sinners’ to recognize their authentic identity mirrored in a complete re-aligned mind”

Read the LMA Scriptural Foundations and reflect upon the words that are there for you to receive. Discuss these scriptures with others and seek to grow in your recovery/spiritual life.

  • Psalm 19:7 (TPT): [God's Story in the Scriptures] God's Word is perfect in every way; how it revives our souls! His laws lead us to truth, and His ways change the simple into wise.

God's Word is Jesus (read John 1). He revives your life and makes you wise.

Enough said.

Blessings All Around,
