LMA Step #1 - HONESTY

We admitted we were powerless on our own over (addictions, sin/wrongdoing of any nature) - that our lives become unmanageable without a conscious-contact with God.

Step 1 is vital in our coming to see ourselves as we truly are. On our own, we are powerless over sin/wrongdoing. And on our own, we mess up our lives. But, come to the knowledge that we have access to the Greatest Power that exists, God (Father-Son-Spirit) residing within us. Come to the truth of God within. BE honest about our need for God’s Presence, having a conscious-contact with Him. The answer and our freedom are within us.

• Galatians 5:1 (TPT): [A Life of Freedom] Let me be clear, the Anointed One has set us free—not partially, but completely and wonderfully free! We must always cherish this truth and stubbornly refuse to go back into the bondage of our past.

• Galatians 5:1 (Mirror Bible): Christ defines your faith; he is your freedom from anything from which the law could never free you! Find your firm footing in this freedom. Do not let religion trip you up again and harness you to a system of rules and obligations!

We are free in Jesus Christ. Not partially free, but completely FREE! Don’t go back.
