LMA Principle #3 Take Charge of Your Emotions. Unwise emotional reactions get all of us in trouble a lot of the time. Emotions are wonderful, God givenblessings, they add to life and enhance our enjoyment and provide us with special moments in life. But, they are also frail, fragile things, that can and do at timesoverwhelm us and lead to faulty, negative decisions andactions. Read: Proverbs 15:13 (TPT) Living an Ascended Life 13 A cheerful heart puts a smile on your face, but a broken heart leads to depression. Proverbs 16:32 (TPT) 32 Do you want to be a mighty warrior? It’s better to be known as one who is patient and slow to anger. Do you want to conquer a city? Rule over your temper before you attempt to rule a city. Proverbs 29:11 (TPT) 11 You can recognize fools by the way they give full vent to their rage and let their words fly! But the wise bite their tongue and hold back all they could say. Our emotions can be enjoyed properly and controlled through our ongoing awareness of ‘Christ in us’…. May we realize the Presence of Jesus in us….may we enjoy our God given emotions as they should ‘BE’…… Enough said…..
