Psalm 116:7 (TPT) Now I can say to myself and to all, “Relax and rest, be confident and serene, for the Lord rewards fully those who simply trust in him.” Friday is here……time to get in some Rest & Relaxation. Last weekend was a holiday weekend here in the USA…..(lots of activities); why not take this upcoming weekend and get in some ‘Rest & Relaxation’? But, first today is here in front of us…..so, let’s get to it! Read today’s scripture with me and think on it’s words of wisdom from the Book of Psalm….”Now I can say to myself and to all, ‘Relax and rest, be confident and serene,”…… Yes, rest and relax ….enjoy the confidence that is ours in Jesus Christ…..He is our ‘all in all’……Our God (Father-Son-Spirit) is Present ….is all loving……read on….”for the Lord rewards fully those who simply trust him.” Trust in God…..it is ‘simple’ and ‘so simple’ a child can understand it….what is ‘it’? It is the Gospel of Jesus Christ and His ongoing Presence in and around us…..yes, trust in God for He trusts in us…He loves us unconditionally…….’Relax and Rest’ in Him…..(Take A Moment To Meditate….Place Your Hands Over Your Heart)…….Breathe in…..(Rest)……Breathe out ……(Relax)……Breathe in…..(’BE’ Confident)…..Breathe out……(Trust God)……Friday here we are…..Resting in You……walking in confidence……..Breathe in……Breathe out……. Let’s pray…..”Father, help us to ‘Simply Trust’……help us to learn how to ‘Rest and Relax’ in this hectic world……Bless this day…..protect us and our families……we come to You in the name of Jesus….all together….say……Amen.”
