Hebrews 12:11 (TPT) Now all discipline seems to be painful at the time, yet later it will produce a transformation of character, bringing a harvest of righteousness and peace to those who yield to it. Thursday is here……another ‘Friday Eve’, as the days pass….we continually learn the ‘lessons of life’. How many times have we been disciplined in some form or fashion…..to eventually realize that a great lesson was gained from the pain that sometimes accompanies discipline? Read today’s scripture with me…..”Now all discipline seems to be painful at the time, yet later it will produce a transformation of character,”…… Yes, let’s look at the wisdom in these words…..lessons from discipline result in improved character……read on….”bringing a harvest of righteousness and peace to those who yield it.” Learning from discipline brings about a life of righteousness and a life of peace…..think about it…..may we learn from the discipline that comes our way……(Take A Moment To Meditate…Place Your Hands Over Your Heart)…… Breathe in…..(Discipline Me As Needed)……Breathe out…..(Transform My Character For The Better)……Breathe in…..(May I Yield To Peace In My Life)…..Breathe out…..(Help Me Learn From The Pain Of Discipline)……Thursday here we are……learning as we are disciplined……Breathe in…..Breathe out…… Let’s pray….”Father, help us to learn from our episodes of discipline….help us to experience a transformed character……Bless this day…..protect us and our families……we come to You in the name of Jesus…..all together….say….Amen.”
