James 3:5 (TPT) And so the tongue is a small part of the body yet it carries great power! Just think of how a small flame can set a huge forest ablaze. Thursday is here again……(Friday Eve); hope you are well today.... Do you ever allow your ‘tongue’ to ‘ruin’ your day…..to put a ‘bad spirit’ on a given situation….. Just because you choose to spew corruption with your words…..Read today’s scripture with me…..”And so the tongue is a small part of the body yet it carries great power!”….. Do not forget that ‘your tongue’ can curse or bless…..encourage or crush a spirit……which do you use it for? Blessing or cursing? ……..read on…..”Just think of how a small flame can set a huge forest ablaze.” Are you setting ‘forest fires’ with your uncontrolled tongue or are ‘suppressing those dangerous flames’……with your ‘words’? Let’s think on this today……use your tongue wisely……..(Take A Moment To Meditate….Place Your Hands Over Your Heart)……Breathe in …… (Help Me To ‘BE’ A Comforter With My Words)…….Breathe out……(Give Me Wisdom In My Speech)…..Breathe in….(Help Me Hold My Tongue From Cursing)…..Breathe out……(Help Me To Use My Tongue For Blessing)……Thursday here we are……’choosing’ our words wisely…..Breathe in…..Breathe out…… Let’s pray…..”Father, help us to ‘BE’ mindful of how we use our ‘tongue’…….help us to choose our ‘words’ wisely…..Bless this day…..protect us and our families…..we come to You in the name of Jesus…..all together……say…..Amen.”
