Hebrews 12:11 (TPT) Now all discipline seems to be painful at the time, yet later it will produce a transformation of character, bringing a harvest of righteousness and peace to those who yield to it. Wednesday is here (Hump Day); here we are again…….let’s take a look at the concept of ‘discipline’ today. As we walk out this thing we call life…..we experience times when our choices and the resulting actions result in consequences that may be considered ‘discipline’. We all have made bad choices and followed through with the wrong actions that go with them…….and we can reflect and realize that the results of those choices/actions brought about negative consequences (this is not God punishing us) He loves us through it ‘all’……..good and bad…… through times of plenty and times of want…..read today’s scripture with me……”Now all discipline seems to be painful at the time, yet later it will produce a transformation of character,”……. Our poor choices and the resulting consequences help us to learn and grow… they help us to develop a Godly character (as He loves us unconditionally)…..read on …….. ”bringing a harvest of righteousness and peace to those who yield it.” As we suffer from our poor choices……He never leaves us. He allows us to learn from our mistakes and the result is a better lived life and a man/woman that sets the right example for others……our God (Father-Son-Spirit) knows what He is doing……’trust the process’…….(Take A Moment To Meditate……Place Your Hands Over Your Heart)……Breathe in……(Help To Learn From My Poor Choices)……Breathe out…..(‘BE’ With Me Through The Painful Times)…….Breathe in……(Help Me Transform Into a Godly Man/Woman)…….Breathe out……(Give Me Peace Through It All)…….. Wednesday here we are…..experiencing the discipline that comes with poor choices/actions and learning from it all……Breathe in……Breathe out……. Let’s pray……”Father, help us to learn from our ‘poor choices/actions’……help us to experience a Godly transformation as the result of our poor choices/actions……Bless this day…..protect us and our families…..we come to You in the name of Jesus……all together……say…….Amen,”
