2 Corinthians 2:7-8 (TPT) 7Instead of more punishment, what he needs most is your encouragement through your gracious display of forgiveness. 8 I beg you to reaffirm your deep love for him. Monday is here…..hope you had a pleasant and restful weekend; as we head into this day may we put our focus on ‘forgiveness’ (of self and others); I am deeply moved by the forgiveness that has been bestowed upon me through our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Let’s think about how He suffered for us and He took our sins/wrongdoings on Himself and ‘cleaned’ us up and continually guides us (through Holy Spirit). I ‘AM’ forgiven and I forgive you…..if I have offended you in any way…..forgive me as I (in Christ) forgive you for any real or perceived wrongs. As we look at one another as Christ looks at us may we be blessed by one another…..let’s read today’s scriptures together……”Instead of more punishment, what he needs most is your encouragement through your gracious display of forgiveness.”…… Rather than wishing bad upon those that have hurt us…..may we pray that they be forgiven and blessed……(they are forgiven in Jesus whether they realize it or not at this point)….read on…..”I beg you to reaffirm your deep love for him.” Just as Paul is asking the Corinthians to forgive this man…..he is also asking us to do the same for one another…… As we start a new week may it begin with forgiveness……(Take A Moment To Meditate….Place Your Hands Over Your Heart)….Breathe in….(Come Spirit Of Forgiveness) ……Breathe out…..(I Love You Lord)……Breathe in…..(Help Me To Be An Encourager) …….Breathe out…..(Unforgiveness Be Gone)…..Monday here we are…..walking with a forgiving heart…….Breathe in……Breathe out…… Let’s pray……”Father, help us to have a ‘Forgiving Heart’……help us to ‘Be Encouragers’…… Bless this day….protect us and our families…..we come to You in the name of Jesus …….. all together……say……Amen.” Pray for one another…….
