This Step helps us to understand the process of ‘change’; as we (with God’s help and guidance) we are made aware of our ‘defects of character’ (our lives lived outside the awareness of our inclusion in Christ)…..and in Christ (in our awareness); we begin to overcome these ‘defects’ …..Relax…..let it happen….Experience the renewed you in Christ….
1 John 1:9 (TPT) But if we freely admit our sins when his light uncovers them, he will be faithful to forgive us every time. God is just to forgive us our sins because of Christ, and he will continue to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. The ‘LIGHT’ (Jesus) exposes darkness (sin)……these sins are unconditionally forgiven and forgotten…. Enough said……
