LMA Step #5 - INTEGRITY

Admitted to God (Father-Son-Spirit), to ourselves and to another human being (as Christ gives us the courage to do so), the exact nature of our wrongs.

Step 5 is vitally important. It is very spiritually fulfilling when we admit to our God, ourselves, and at least one other person our secrets or the stuff that weighs us down at times). Or, if you prefer, "our baggage." This is very spiritual, the connecting of two spirits, and yet, actually ONE Spirit... the Spirit of God which resides within each of us.

• Psalm 107:10 (TPT): Some of us once sat in darkness, living in the dark shadows of death. We were prisoners to our pain, chained to our regrets.

Stop being a prisoner of your pain. Stop being chained to your regrets. Find relief in Jesus.
