Hebrews 5:14 (TPT): But solid food is for the mature, whose spiritual senses perceive heavenly matters. And they have been adequately trained by what they've experienced to emerge with understanding of the difference between what is truly excellent and what is evil and harmful.

Hebrews 5:14 (Mirror Bible): This is the nourishment of the mature. They are those who have their faculties of perception trained as by gymnastic precision to distinguish the relevant from the irrelevant. (The mature are those who know the difference between the shadow and the substance; between the futility of the law of works and willpower to work righteousness, and righteousness revealed by the faith of God in the finished work of Christ.)

Greetings,

Tuesday is here. Yep, another Monday has come and gone. Thank you for being here. Thank you for traveling this journey with me. Remember, we are never alone. We are always wrapped in the embrace of our loving God (Father-Son-Spirit), and we are ONE with each other. As we move ahead in this life that has been given to us, may we submit to the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

Let's read today's scripture and learn and grow together…….," But solid food is for the mature, whose spiritual senses perceive heavenly matters." Heavenly matters are for the mature (perfect in the Spirit). We will grow in knowledge through the leading of the Holy Spirit. Read on……, "And they have been adequately trained by what they've experienced to emerge with understanding of the difference between what is truly excellent and what is evil and harmful." We are to begin with the milk of the word (scriptures -Jesus) and move into the meat of the Word (Jesus -scriptures). As we walk out this life in Christ, we will desire solid food more and more, and we will grow into mature (perfect) followers of Jesus.

Take time to meditate. Place your hands over your heart….Breathe in….Give me Your solid food Lord……Breathe out……Train me in Your ways……Breathe in….. I love You Jesus……Breathe out…..Holy Spirit, You are always in me but come up IN my awareness.

Tuesday, here we are moving from milk to the solid food of the word and the Word………Breathe in…….Breathe out…….

Let's pray……., "Father, help us to grow in You. Help us to experience Jesus in our daily walk. Bless this day. Protect our families and us. We come to You in the name of Jesus. All together, say, "Amen."

Pray for one another.....

In Jesus,
