LMA Principle #2 Spot the BIG LIE in temptation. Temptation is dynamic; it has magnetic power. We become convinced by our fleshly desires that 'drink';that 'pill'; that extra piece of 'cake' is going to be the best thing that has ever happened to us. It willsoothe us, it wilt satisfy us, "our flesh says'. STOP! Temptation promises much but delivers little! It is the "BIG LIE!"
We are to learn to ‘spot’ the ‘BIG LIE’ in temptations…..those things that tend to entice us to violate our sense of ‘right and wrong’……things that cause us harm in ‘all’ ways (spiritually, mentally/emotionally, physically); you know those ‘THINGS’…….
Philippians 4:7 (TPT) then God’s wonderful peace that transcends human understanding, will guard your heart and mind through Jesus Christ. Overcoming and walking away from ‘temptations’ tend to bring us ‘PEACE’…….a Peace that transcends human understanding……… Enough said……
