Yep, another Friday and another weekend is almost here……hope you are planning some rest and relaxation; along with some spiritual rejuvenation. As we come to understand that we are in Christ and He is in us……we can mentally ‘join’ our lives to His and experience the abundant life that we are meant to live…..read today’s scripture with me ….... ”Simply join your life with mine. Learn my ways and you’ll discover that I’m gentle, humble, easy to please.”……. Our Lord is gentle and easy to please…it is not a struggle to live a Christ life….(He lives in and through us);…..we become who we really are in Him…. Read on …….”You will find refreshment and rest in me.” True ‘Rest’ is in Jesus….He restores us and refreshes us…..He is our ‘All In All’……He is everything that we truly desire……He is within us……and we are within Him……(Take A Moment To Meditate….Place Your Hands Over Your Heart) ……..Breathe in…..(Help Me ‘BE’ Gentle)……Breathe out…..(Help Me ‘BE’ In You)……. Breathe in…..(Help Me To ‘BE’ Humble)…..Breathe out…..(Give Me True Rest)…….Friday here we are seeking to ‘BE’ and to experience ‘True Rest’ in You……Breathe in……Breathe out……. Let’s pray…..”Father, help me to ‘BE’ a gentle, humble, easy to please man/woman….. Help me to find ‘Rest and Restoration’ in You……Bless this day….protect us and our families……we come to You in the name of Jesus……all together…..say……Amen.”
